Wood Gazebo Bird Feeder by Grammy BJ with Beaded Eaves

Wood Gazebo Bird Feeder by Grammy BJ with Beaded Eaves

$35.00

Availability: 1 In Stock

This is a wonderful one-of-a-kind hand painted wood Bird Feeder Gazebo, designed to hold bird seed that dispenses all around the bottom. Delightful Feeder handpainted by Grammy BJ ( my Mom) and signed/dated by her.  A simple design with a special touch... sparkling beaded eaves (like green and amber icicles). The "windows" are plastic, so breakage is not a concern.
Measures approximately:  9" high - 8" diameter
Protected with an indoor/outdoor finish, but I strongly recommend that this Feeder be placed in a protected environment such as a covered porch or a covered yard Gazebo to preserve the color and protect the beading. Of course it would also make a marvelous decorative element to use inside anywhere!!

Everything for sale in Grammys Corner is a tribute to my Mom's creative genius (she's most affectionately called Grammy). Whether it be decorative folk art, ceramics, oil paintings, decorating birdhouses, decorating boxes... or something else.... all of her work is so very special. She's tried so many things and has created so much beauty that it would be a pity not to share her work. If you'd like to learn more about the artist (Grammy BJ.. my Mom) and see more of Grammys Corner artwork beyond what I have for sale here, you should visit Grammys personal website...  And please  sign her guestbook while you're there, it would mean alot to her!!
(Her website will open in a new window for you)....      www.rosebudemporium.com/grammyscorner

My Mom (Grammy BJ) is a talented artist and has won numerous  awards and ribbons for her artwork. Much of her work is Folk Art, Tole painting, Rosemaling, Pennsylvania Dutch, Primitive Folk painting, and the like....  I swear there isn't anything she can't do.

She's 88 and going strong... has more energy than I have most of the time... and definitely has a real passion for her art. Mom broke her hip on Valentine's Day 2008. OUCH!! She's  slowly on the mend and is doing terrific (I think). Painting was the last thing on her mind for a while, but she's getting back into it, so look out world!!!!
