edition. Unusual cookbook
written in dictionary format. There is no index and no table of contents,
organized instead from A to Z so you just look up what you want
alphabetically, quite unique approach for a cookbook. For example, you can
look up chestnuts and find two brief paragraphs about the nut itself
followed by several recipes for chestnuts (from boiled with Brussels
sprouts to chestnut pudding). Scattered color photographs throughout.
Condition as shown with light wear, couple of small kitchen spots on back cover, faint kitchen spotting to page top/fore-edges, inner spine cracked but tape binding intact, pages are clean and unmarked, overall good condition.
