have on hand, and how to organize efficiently. The cookbook starts with
the simplest dishes and works up. The menu suggestions in each section are
arranged so the beginner can prepare some dishes she already knows wile
experimenting with new ideas at the same time. Clearly organized into
sections: breakfasts, luncheons, dinners revolving around meat, fish, or
poultry; leftovers; dinners when the budget is low; snacks; and
