Gilbert Green Benefit Cookbook. Unfortunately there's not much additional
information about Mr Green, and there's an Expression of Appreciation at
the front of the book from The Green Family thanking the sponsors and
people who gave time and donations. There are several sponsors listed in
the front of the book, all from communities in Liberty County, Texas
(Dayton, Liberty, Cleveland, and Kenefick). Lucy and Johnny Green are also
listed. There are no contributors names associated with any of the
recipes and cookbook appears to be homemade.
Condition as shown, some edge wear, some fading to the covers, pages clean and unmarked, overall quite good condition.
