Vintage 1987 softcover cookbook ~
The Great Chefs of Waco ~ 92 pages (includes a nice alphabetical recipe index at
the end of the cookbook). This was a benefit for the Waco Historic Foundation in
December of 1987 at the festival of Christmas on the Brazos. Includes recipes
contributed from Chefs at these Waco, Texas restaurants: AustinHill, The Brazos
Club, Brazos Queen II, Cathay House, Crestwood, Giovanni's, Glenn Whatley's
Eastland Lakes, Hillcrest Baptist Medical Center, House of Chen, Jeep Catering,
Ma Maison, Nick's, The Northwood Inn, Oates-Bauer & Co, Orvieto Ristorante,
Ridgewood Country Club, Russell Catering, Surf & Sirloin, The Tea Room at
Sironia, Waco Elite Cafe, The Water Works LTD.
Condition as shown, light wear to covers, pages securely bound, pages clean and
unmarked, very good vintage condition.
