Shipping & Packaging

We're really REALLY rural, so I do all my shipping (and errands and etc etc etc) twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays. I'll send you an email confirming when I'll be shipping your items. You'll also receive an email from my postage service (stamps.com) with the shipping and tracking information... so watch for that email, too.

Everyone worries about how something they buy will be packaged (yep... me included!).. Well.... please don't fret about your new treasures and how they'll be protected. Every item is carefully protected with a plastic sleeve, bag or whatever other secure wrapping is needed. After that, you may also find any of the following: Bubble wrap and peanuts as needed to cushion fragile items - Rigid cardboard stiffeners to thwart attempts to "bend, fold or otherwise mutilate" - Mailers secured with packing tape to keep them closed - Boxes taped to within an inch of their lives - Packing slips to identify contents

Sales Tax

All items being shipped to a Texas address will be charged 8.25% Sales Tax. It should be included with your Invoice, so there's nothing for you to do, this is just an FYI....

Free Shipping Offer for US Customers

As a special thank you, shipping on orders of $50 or more is free to all USA customers. Just remember to enter the free shipping coupon code 50BucksUS when you're checking out

Shipping Cost adjustment/correction for Canadian customers

There's always something I can't quite figure out, and this time it was getting the shipping charges for Canada to figure correctly. So, I've come up with what I think is a brilliant solution!!! If you're one of my Canadian customers, just remember to enter the Canadian Shipping coupon code Canada when you're checking out

Returns

Your satisfaction is very important to me.... and I know how I like to be treated when I'm a customer. So, having said that, if you have any problems at all with your purchases, just write to me and we'll make it right. Yep... it's that easy!!

What exactly IS Grammys Corner??

Well...  Grammy is actually my Mom. She's 88 and going strong... and one incredible artist. A while ago I created a website as a tribute to the beautiful things she's created through the years. Lots of pictures of what she's done, with more pictures being added all the time. She received so many letters from people asking where they could buy her artwork that we've decided to sell some of her wonderful work here at Stone Hill Collectibles.

For a really special treat, you should definitely visit Grammys Corner website to see more of her work.... and don't forget to sign her guest- book while you're there!!

Everything you've always wanted to know about Stone Hill Collectibles!!

Stone Hill Collectibles is my own little corner of The Hollow at Stone Hill, a small family run business located in the peaceful middle of nowhere Central Texas…a really pretty fertile farming area known as the Blackland Prairie. I've been selling on eBay since 2001 and have had a chance to "meet" some of the most wonderful people ever. My BIG dream has been having my own store in addition to selling on eBay.... So now I've finally gone and done it.... and here you are!!!!

My husband's corner of The Hollow is Stone Hill Books and he always has the most amazing books for sale (although he pretty much leaves most of the Cookbooks to me). Definitely worth a look-see if you need a gift for a book-lover... Plus he has a great selection of Texana books!!

My Mom (Grammy) keeps an eye on the both of us!!

Newsletter

This is still a dream of mine... but one of these days (with your help) it'll happen. I have great plans for this newsletter. I'd like it to be a collection of photos, stories, and contributions from all my wonderful customers. If you buy some craft patterns and crochet a beautiful afghan... send me a picture and some comments about what you've made. If you buy some vintage buttons and sew something special... send me a picture and comments about what you've made. Or buy a cookbook and "embellish" some of the recipes for that special party and everyone absolutely raved about what you made. You get the idea!!! That's what I'm hoping OUR newsletter will become. And we'll even make it available online, so if YOUR story and pictures are there you can send it to everyone you know and be instantly famous!!!!! I haven't figured out (yet) how to add a form that you can fill-in to sign up for my future newsletter...  So for now, you can send me an email and tell me to add you to the list. Matter of fact, you can use the same contact email to send me YOUR story and pictures. When I have enough stories and pictures then BOOF, the first newsletter will be born!!! So, write to me at Newsletter and let's get it started!!!!
